A blank card is picked from the input tray and precisely positioned on the print platform. The system supports standard TCG (63.5×89mm), mini, tarot, and custom sizes. Materials: card stock, plastic, metal sheets, acrylic, and ceramics.
The EPSON F1080-A1 printhead lays down CMYK + white ink at 1440×1440 DPI resolution. UV LED curing instantly bonds ink to the surface — waterproof, scratch-resistant, vibrant color. White ink enables printing on dark or metallic substrates.
Clear UV varnish is deposited in multiple stacked passes to build 3D relief texture — from subtle 0.1mm texture to dramatic 3mm peaks. Height is controlled per-pixel by software, following character contours, borders, text, or any custom pattern. This is pure digital emboss: change your design anytime, no tooling cost.
If an NFC-enabled card blank is loaded, the printer writes a unique digital ID to the chip. Each card becomes globally unique and verifiable — tap with any smartphone to access card info, lore, ownership history, or unlock digital content. The image can be copied; the ID cannot.
